Domenic Pulice, Executive Chef

Domenic Pulice started at Williams Golf & Country Club in 2014 when he made the decision to revisit his roots in Weirton, West Virginia.

A message from Domenic Pulice:

My love and passion for food started at a very young age. Growing up in an Italian household in Weirton, my loving parents taught me hard work, family values, and great food.

After graduating from Madonna High School, I left Weirton to pursue my dream of becoming a Chef. I enrolled in the Le Cordon Bleu of Pittsburgh, and in 18 months achieved Dean's List Honors and my Associate's Degree in Culinary Science.

After a few years at other establishments, I was hired by the prestigious LeMont Restaurant, which at the time was the only 5-Star, 5-Diamond restaurant in the tri-state area. I worked my way up through the ranks and attained the title of Sous Chef at the age of 20; the youngest member of management in the history of LeMont.

My drive for the business propelled my career as the owner of LeMont sent me to assist and oversee various other projects in Florida and Pittsburgh, including Church Hill Valley Country Club. While there, I was responsible for all aspects of food and beverage.

Of all my experiences, I enjoyed the Club environment most. My passion for food and desire to take care of all members and guests will help create an enjoyable environment and a memorable experience.
